This Community Center in Newberg was originally built in 1928 as a Grange Hall which is now used for year round events with the capabilities of hosting weddings, company retreats, family reunions or other gatherings of up to 225 people with ample parking of up to 50 vehicles and potential seller financing. Since it was purchased in 2014, the current owner has invested over $550k into preserving the building while modernizing it’s functionality.
