Property Description

Welcome to the iconic Home Ranch, a timeless 40-acre wine country retreat in the exclusive Woodstock Estates. This magnificent hacienda-style estate offers over 5,000 sq ft of refined living space, blending luxury with the serene beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. Built in 2010 with exceptional craftsmanship, the home has been thoughtfully updated throughout. A stone courtyard with bubbling fountain leads to the elegant interior, where the main residence offers a private wing for the primary suite—with spa-like en-suite bath and private deck—and a separate guest wing with two bedrooms and full bath. At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen featuring new wide-plank oak flooring, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and top-tier appliances from Miele, Sub-Zero, and Dacor. The kitchen flows into a sunlit breakfast room and cozy family room with fireplace, while the formal living and dining rooms open to a scenic patio with panoramic views of the Sedgewick Reserve. Step outside to a resort-style pool and spa area with a flagstone deck, cabana with private bath, outdoor kitchen, and Santa Maria-style BBQ—all set against the stunning Figueroa Mountain backdrop. Major upgrades include dual-zone HVAC, updated electrical, built-in sound system, Venetian plaster restoration, and more. A separate guest cottage with private driveway features a one-bedroom plus loft layout with updated kitchen and bath, oak and stone flooring, and a wrap-around deck for year- round enjoyment. Additional highlights include a barn, new automatic gate, resurfaced roads, fire pit, and extensive landscaping—creating a rare blend of nature, privacy, and luxurious wine country living.
