Property Description

Cute as a button cabin in a great in town location! This 3 bed/2bath cabin sits on a large lot that runs between Conifer and Strawberry and is just around the corner from Ponderosa State Park, Davis Beach, the golf course and the city bike paths. Downstairs is an open concept living/dining and kitchen area with a wood stove to keep you cozy on those cold winter nights. One bedroom, a full updated bathroom and mud room with laundry are also on this floor. Wood interior walls and beams give this home it's cabin in the woods feel. Upstairs is a large landing area with two non-conforming bedrooms separated by a half bath. Outside is an expansive new deck which wraps around to the front porch where it is covered and has a nice storage shed for wood and other items. The almost half acre lot has plenty of room to add a shop/garage and no CCRs or HOA means you can park your trailers and toys outside as well. Would make a great rental or STR as people love this neighborhood and it's location close to all the fun! Close to downtown and the lake you can launch your boat at the state park or head out to Lick Creek Road and all the way to the summit for backcountry access.
