Property Description

Nestled in one of the most picturesque areas of the Carolinian Forest in Southwestern Ontario, Sylvan stands as a testament to exquisite craftsmanship and natural beauty. This custom-built timber frame home offers an unparalleled living experience, surrounded by 75 acres of conservation land that overlooks the breathtaking Ausable River Valley. Architectural Elegance The architectural design of Sylvan is both unique and practical. Featuring an open concept T-shape, the home is designed to maximize the panoramic views afforded by its stunning location. Expansive windows and glass doors invite the surrounding natural beauty into every corner of the home, creating a seamless blend between indoor and outdoor living. Outdoor Living at Its Finest One of Sylvan's most striking features is its impressive four-level deck system. This architectural marvel not only connects the main house to two charming timber gazebos (one converted to a self-contained bunkie) and a detached garage, but it also provides spectacular vistas of the forest and river, situated 100 feet below. These decks offer a perfect setting to appreciate the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape. A Sanctuary of Privacy and Proximity Despite its seclusion, Sylvan is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the vibrant town of Grand Bend and a mere 40 minutes from the bustling city of London. The 4.6-acre property provides a private sanctuary, allowing residents to escape the hustle and bustle of city life without sacrificing accessibility to urban conveniences.
